Schedule an Interview. Prospective residents must attend a three day on-site interview. Parents are welcome to come as well. You will be involved in the day-to-day activities as we get to know each other in order to determine if you are a good fit for Ventures in Peace and, most importantly, if Ventures in Peace is the right program for you.

Vacation Dates: Ventures in Peace is closed three times a year- once in December, once in the spring, and once in the summer. These dates follow the schedule at the University of Montana. Closures for the 2011-2012 calendar are: December 17, 2011 - January 1, 2012, March 31 - April 7, 2012, and July 28 - August 11, 2012. Home visits are planned initiatives with much effort provided before each visit and a thorough debrief after each visit. Therefore, the monthly tuition remains the same while students are away. If a resident will be gone for more than 14 days, Ventures in Peace will prorate the monthly tuition to reflect the days absent.
